Tuesday, 01-May-2007, 04:08:14 Nokia revealed the Nokia 5700 XpressMusic, an accessible 3G smartphone augmented by a dedicated audio chip for enhanced music performance. The Nokia 5700 XpressMusic features an iconic twist design that easily switches between four modes at the flick of the wrist - music player, 2 Megapixel camera, video call and smartphone. Samsung Ultra Messaging i600
Tuesday, 01-May-2007, 03:57:37 Samsung introduces an innovative navigation user interface on the Ultra Messaging i600, which runs on a has-been Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphone edition, we think it deserves a round of applause. That's on top of a wealth of connectivity features the i600 is equipped with, including HSDPA, 3G and Wi-Fi on a matte-black body that's irresistibly good looking. (2133 clicks)

Nokia N75 Music Clamshell Phone
Wednesday, 11-October-2006, 17:02:47 The new N-Series phone designed for the U.S. market, the N75 (which we checked out Tuesday in New York City) boasts a wide range of music options. We liked the dedicated buttons on its clamshell lid that control the music player. The UMTS-enabled device has an integrated FM radio, and also support for downloading lists of local radio stations to help you find the right station. Bluetooth 2.0 on the phone supports the A2DP protocol for stereo Bluetooth headset support. (1498 clicks)
LG CU500 HSDPA entertainment phone
Wednesday, 11-October-2006, 16:40:02 The speedy, HSDPA-enabled LG CU500 clearly feels like a step into the next generation of phones, more so than most so-called 3G phones on the market, but it stumbles with its confusing menus and iffy extras. Plenty of great video programming is available, and streaming quality over the HSDPA connection was first-rate, but finding those videos on Cingular's deck is needlessly confusing. (1254 clicks)

RIM Blackberry 8703e business phone review
Wednesday, 11-October-2006, 15:55:41 The Blackberry 8703e is the best last-generation Blackberry -- and as such (and in light of the snazzy new Pearl), it feels a bit left behind. The most advanced feature this updated device offers -- the tethered modem support over Verizon's EV-DO network -- is truly noteworthy, but the messaging and PIM interfaces, once the standard-bearers of simplicity, pale compared to those on the latest Windows Mobile devices. Sanyo SCP-8400 entertainment phone
Wednesday, 11-October-2006, 15:44:09 Sanyo's colorful flip-phone graduates to full 3G status and packs in a 1.3-megapixel camera, GPS navigation and push-to-talk. Though it suffers from a feeble Web browser, multimedia offerings on the SCP-8400 are good thanks to Sprint's online content. Plenty of tunes are available from the Spint Music Store, and the player can show artwork and group music into playlists. (1240 clicks)
Motorola MOTOKRZR K1m entertainment phone
Wednesday, 11-October-2006, 15:29:00 Unlike the RAZR, the KRZR K1m has a glossy, reflective cover and a textured, almost rubbery back. Though it looks great in the box, glossy and reflective doesn't last long (as iPod owners know all too well). We were careful not to scratch our review unit, but fingerprints are inevitable, and unfortunately the rubbery back is not sticky enough to keep the unit from sliding off a dashboard. And while the KRZR is a bit narrower than the RAZR, it is also 1/10 of an inch thicker, just enough to notice. (1372 clicks)
